to PREVENT CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE ONLINE & TRAFFICKING

by providing Tools, Resources, information, links to other organizations, articles, and videos so Members can educate themselves and increase their own awareness of the many potential dangers lurking for our children and teenagers ~ on the internet, social media, phones, computers, at the mall, and in our neighborhoods and communities (including child sexual abuse material, child sex trafficking, and Sextortion – a threat to reveal intimate images to get you to do something you don’t want to do).  

The statistics regarding child sex exploitation, child sex trafficking, and online child sexual abuse material (CSAM) (child pornography) are sickening and staggering. “Stranger danger” does not usually apply – 90% of the time a child is assaulted, it is by someone they know, love and trust. 1 in 3 girls and 1 in 5 boys will become a victim of sexual abuse before their 18th birthday.  1 in 5 children who touch a computer will be sexually solicited online.

“Groomers” (predators and pedophiles) groom children to desensitize them, preparing to trick them into sexual abuse.  (The term is used broadly to describe the tactics abusers deploy through the internet to sexually exploit kids and teens. But, according to Lauren’s Kids,  

95% of this abuse is preventable through education and awareness.
