In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:
- warm up your body from head to toe, reducing chronic pain
- turn anxiety and frustration into a calm, clear mind
- strengthen your immune system and boost your energy
Here’s what we’ll cover:
- The 5 Pillars of Posture – Learn the basic standing posture to relieve back and knee pain. (It’s probably not how you usually stand)
- The Tai Chi Qigong Warm Up – A head to toe daily routine to increase elasticity and mobility. (Including variations for injuries and shortened versions)
- 10 Tai Chi Qigong Movements for soothing stiffness and stress. (Choose your favorites and do it after your warm up)
- Standing Meditation – An energy charging technique to strengthen areas that are weak, while calming the body and mind.
- Tai Chi Qigong Principles – The essence behind the movements to flow with intention, connecting the mind and body.
