as well as frequent sexual harassment, and my life was even threatened twice by the physician/attorney I worked for, if I told his little girlfriend (the receptionist I hired!) how old he really was!
After suffering for YEARS from DAILY reminders from the news, online articles, #MeToo, email solicitations from organizations like RAINN, the relentless coverage of predators like Cosby, Weinstein, Nasser, and all of the others …
After I watched a video clip on the news on October 6, 2018, and saw Christine Blasey Ford being mocked and laughed at (after she testified against Brett Kavanaugh), the idea for Papillon Z was “born.” [Same as Dr. Ford. . .I didn’t tell anyone either.]
I thought. . .

It’s been almost 7 years since the
#MeToo movement exploded.
Over 23 million women from 85 countries have posted #MeToo on Twitter over the last 7 years!!! On October 6, 2018, when the ideas for Papillon Z started coming to me like a “download!” . . . I envisioned an “army” of women around the world ~ with hands joined, wearing the butterfly/ bumble bee as a warning – Float Like at Butterfly, Sting Like a Bee! but I had not even come up with a design for our Logo yet (this was only 10 minutes into my tirade after I had watched a newsclip! (more about that in The Rest of My Story) btw…The United States Patent & Trademark Office issued a Certificate of Registration for my TRADEMARK on April 30, 2024. (after FIVE YEARS!!!)
